Room/Hall Rental Terms & Conditions
Community rooms are located in a number indoor and outdoor spaces and are rented to local organizations and the general public. Locations can be used for birthdays, bridal or baby showers, corporate meetings, City programming, and more.
Community rooms can be booked between three to 45 days in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking; we do not place any holds on rooms/halls.
Rental contracts are issued as confirmation of a booking and outline the Terms of Use. Contracts must be signed and submitted to staff.
Renters must clean up after themselves at the end of their rental and leave the space as they found it.
Decorating is permitted in community rooms; however, no tacs, nails, etc. are allowed, including anything that could cause damage to the facility.
Food and drink are allowed, including catering, so long as all spills are cleaned up.
