November 15, 2024 — The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) continues negotiations with Canada Post, there is the potential for a mail service disruption.

If you usually mail payments, applications, registrations or other documents to the City a mail service disruption could delay their delivery.

To avoid interruptions, or delays, we encourage you to use alternate payment or delivery methods where possible including:

  • Submitting documents to the City by email or online
  • Utilizing online or bank-based payment methods
  • Utilizing in-person delivery of payments or other documents

Property taxes

There are several options to pay property taxes without utilizing mail:

Credit card and e-transfer payments are not accepted.

Parking tickets

Parking tickets can be paid online, in-person at the City Hall Customer Service Desk, or via the phone by calling 519.332.0330.
