If you would like to request accommodated assistance with your garbage collection, please complete the Special Consideration Collection application and submit to: The City of Sarnia, Customer Service 255 Christina St. North, P.O. Box 3018 Sarnia, ON N7T 7N2, or email to: customerservice@sarnia.ca.
Please note, renewal applications for Special Consideration Collection must be renewed annually. Submissions of completed renewal applications will be received by the City from August 1st, up to and by, October 1st of each year. If Special Consideration Collection applications are not renewed within the noted timeframe, further garbage and recycle accommodation services will be deemed as no longer requested and will be discontinued.
Residents with approved applications are responsible for notifying the City of Sarnia of address changes, and changes in accommodation, either by phone: 519-332-0330, ext. 3131, or by email to: customerservice@sarnia.ca
