Additional brush collection, Jan. 12 to 16

In response to the large volume of fallen brush caused by the ice storm last week, the City will deliver an additional brush collection for residents to assist in removal. Curbside collection of brush will take place on the week of January 12 to 16, 2026. You can set out brush at the curb on your regular collection day during that week to have it collected. Learn more about brush collection requirements at www.sarnia.ca/brush. Additionally, the Sarnia Compost Site will be open outside of its regular season, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the week of January 5 to 9, 2026. For more information on accepted items, please visit www.sarnia.ca/compost.
