Ice Rental Terms & Conditions
Payment is due at the time of booking; we do not place any holds on any ice time. Rental contracts are issued as confirmation of a booking and outline the Terms of Use.
Dressing rooms will be assigned to renters when they arrive. No food or drink is permitted in the dressing rooms, on the benches, or on the ice. Concessions are available at each arena; operating hours cannot be guaranteed to be open during a rental.
Users cannot be on the ice with regular footwear or with strollers; only skates and appropriate support equipment are allowed on the ice. Renters can request nets to be put out by staff.
Minimum “one hour” rentals are required; however, this is booked on 50-minutes of actual skate time to allow for ice flooding between rentals.

Ice Rental Pricing
All fees listed below apply to all arenas equally. A subsidy/discount of 25% is applied to rentals for Council-approved Youth Groups only.

Booking Ice
Bookings are available up to 45 days in advance, with bookings opening 14 days ahead of the season opening.
Last minute ice rentals (within 24 hours) can be booked to receive a 25% discount off the rental rate.
