Ice Rentals and Public Skating Information

Ice/Floor Rentals

Please review our COVID-19 Information above. Rental requests can be summited through the online form above.

Terms of Use:
Payment is due at the time of booking; we do not place any holds on any ice time. Renters will receive a permit after payment is received, which outlines the terms of use and must be signed and returned/submitted to staff or City Hall, unless paid online.

Dressing rooms will be assigned to renters when they arrive; no food or drink is permitted in the dressing rooms, on the benches, or on the ice. Users cannot be on the ice with regular footwear or with strollers, as only skates and appropriate support equipment are allowed on the ice. Renters can request nets be put out by staff.

Minimum “one hour” rentals are required, however this is booked on 50-minutes of actual skate time, to allow for ice flooding between rentals.

Pricing and Fees:
All prices apply to all arena facilities equally and are subject to an additional insurance fee, excluding all contact hockey.

A subsidy/discount of 25% is applied to rentals for Council Approved Youth Groups only.
