City Hall business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Offices are closed on Statutory Holidays. The City Hall Customer Service counter is open on the first floor for in-person services. If you wish to discuss an application, you are encouraged to schedule an appointment.
