Election Day is October 26, 2026. In-person voting takes place from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Qualified electors can present acceptable identification at any one of nine voting places in the community to cast their vote via paper ballot. Internet voting is currently open and will close at 8 p.m. on October 26, 2026. For more information please visit our Casting Your Vote Page. Sarnia Transit will offer free service on election day to assist voters in accessing Voting Places. Unofficial results will be reported on a poll-by-poll basis after polls close at 8 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026 on our 2026 Municipal Election Page.
