ICI Application forms are intended for all Industrial, Commercial, Institutional and for large residential applications.
Building permits are required for all new construction, additions and any alterations to an existing building including structural alterations, mechanical, fire separations, alterations that effect egress (exits) including installing partitions or blocking exits, fire protection/suppression systems and/or changing the use of the building or parts of the building.
Planning applications, such as Site Plan Control, may apply to projects including new construction and additions. Ensure Planning Development Applications are completed prior to submitting a permit application.
